Digital Delivery Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

CRUX provides digital products including toolkits, guides, templates, worksheets, checklists, prompt libraries and other downloadable resources.

This Digital Delivery Policy explains how purchased digital products are delivered and what to do if you experience a payment or download issue.

1. Digital Products Only

CRUX currently sells digital products.

No physical product will be shipped or delivered by courier unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

After a successful purchase, your product is supplied electronically through secure download access.

2. When Your Download Becomes Available

Download access is normally provided once your payment has been successfully confirmed and the order has been accepted by our payment and ecommerce systems.

For successfully confirmed orders, access is generally available immediately after payment.

You should not receive paid download access where a payment is failed, cancelled or has not yet been successfully confirmed.

3. Where You Receive Your Download

After successful payment, your purchased digital product is normally made available on the Order Received / order confirmation page.

Order and download information may also be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Please ensure that the email address and other information you provide during checkout are accurate.

4. Email Delivery

Transactional emails may include your:

  • order confirmation;
  • order details; and
  • digital download link or access information.

Email delivery can occasionally be delayed by email providers, spam filters or other technical factors.

If an expected email does not appear, please check your:

  • Spam folder;
  • Junk folder;
  • Promotions folder; and
  • other filtered email folders.

Not receiving an email does not necessarily mean that your order failed if your payment was confirmed and the download was already made available on the Order Received page.

5. Download Limit

Unless a particular product states otherwise, CRUX digital purchases currently allow up to 3 downloads of the purchased file.

The download limit is intended to provide reasonable re-download access while helping protect paid digital content from unauthorised distribution.

If you have a genuine technical problem that uses your available downloads without successfully receiving the file, please contact us. We will review the issue and may restore access where appropriate.

6. Download Expiry

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, the download link is currently available for 5 days from the date access is granted.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving their purchased file within this period.

If your access expires before you are able to download the product because of a genuine technical or delivery problem, contact us and we will review the issue.

7. Payment Debited but Download Not Available

In some cases, your bank, UPI application, card provider or other payment method may show an amount as debited before the payment gateway has successfully confirmed the transaction to CRUX.

If payment appears to have been deducted but:

  • the order is not confirmed;
  • the Order Received page does not show successful payment; or
  • download access is not provided,

please do not assume that the transaction has been successfully completed.

Allow a reasonable period for the payment status to update. If the issue continues, contact CRUX support with your order and payment details.

We will verify the transaction and either restore the correct product access or provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

8. Failed or Cancelled Payments

A failed, cancelled or unconfirmed payment does not create an entitlement to download the paid product.

If money was debited despite a failed or cancelled payment, the payment may be reversed automatically by the relevant bank or payment provider.

If it is not resolved, please contact us so the transaction can be reviewed.

9. Incorrect, Corrupted or Incomplete File

If:

  • the wrong digital product is delivered;
  • the downloaded file is corrupted;
  • the file is incomplete; or
  • a technical problem prevents reasonable use of the purchased file,

please contact us.

Where possible, we will first correct the issue by restoring access or supplying the correct usable file.

Where the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

10. Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for using a device, internet connection and compatible software capable of downloading and opening the purchased file format.

Common CRUX products may be supplied in formats such as PDF or other standard digital-file formats identified on the relevant product page.

A refund is not normally available solely because a customer’s device or software does not support a standard file format that was clearly disclosed before purchase.

This does not affect rights available under applicable consumer law where the supplied product itself is defective, deficient or materially different from what was advertised.

11. Saving Your Purchase

Once you successfully download a product, we recommend saving a copy securely on your own device or personal storage.

Download access should not be treated as permanent cloud storage for purchased files.

CRUX may update its download-access system, limits or security arrangements from time to time, subject to applicable law and the terms applicable to your purchase.

12. Unauthorized Sharing

Download access is provided to the purchaser for the permitted use described in CRUX’s Terms & Conditions and any licence terms supplied with the product.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of CRUX’s intellectual property.

Digital products must not be unlawfully copied, resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded or shared with others except where expressly permitted.

Further usage and licensing conditions are explained in our Terms & Conditions.

13. Delivery Problems and Support

If you have a delivery or download problem, please contact us through the Contact Us page and provide, where applicable:

  • your name;
  • email address used during checkout;
  • order number;
  • product/toolkit purchased;
  • payment reference or Payment ID, where available; and
  • a short description of the problem.

Screenshots may also be requested where reasonably necessary to understand a payment or technical issue.

We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in accordance with applicable requirements.

14. Refunds Related to Delivery Problems

Digital-delivery problems do not automatically mean that the purchase must be cancelled if the problem can reasonably be corrected.

Where appropriate, CRUX may first:

  • restore download access;
  • provide a replacement download;
  • correct the supplied file; or
  • otherwise complete the delivery.

If CRUX is unable to provide the digital product purchased, or where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law, the matter will be handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

15. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Digital Delivery Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or other applicable law.
